At Daedo, we are committed to your martial arts journey and offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, we will facilitate a quick exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original Daedo packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective equipment remains unworn and clean.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
